A: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, it is not possible for us to contact everybody who applies or give individual feedback on resumes.
Q: Does your office accept walk-in appointments?
A: Due to the high volume of applicants, we cannot accept walk in appointments.
Q: What types of jobs do you staff?
A: We specialize in placing candidates in Office Support, Lite Industrial, Food Services and Technical Support. We service a variety of industries, including: finance, entertainment, technology, startups, and non-profit companies. We sometimes staff jobs that don’t fit into those categories, therefore we are happy to review all resumes.
Q: Do I have to pay to register with Creative Staffing?
A: No. There is absolutely no charge to job seekers at any point during the process.
Q: What format should my resume be in?
A: We prefer Microsoft Word, or a text based PDF file (as opposed to a scanned document) as attachments. DO NOT SEND: Cloud links (Google Docs or Dropbox), screenshots, or Apple Pages/Notes files.
Q: I used to work through Creative Staffing, do I need to re-apply?
A: There is no need to reapply, you can contact the recruiter you worked with previously to update your information.
Q: I was referred by someone who worked through Creative Staffing, should I mention their name?
A: Yes. Please provide their full name and, if possible, the recruiter who assisted them.
